Just like anything that has a variety of systems, commercial roofing systems have them too. One of the most common roof systems is flat roofs. These can be significantly cost effective as they require less materials due to the smaller size of the area covered. However, its biggest disadvantage is its poor drainage. Low-sloped roofs are usually found on factories, warehouses, apartment buildings and other industrial building. These roofs allow for water to runoff easily. A disadvantage to this system is when there are heavy snows that do not melt quick enough adds to the weight of the roof. Allow our roofing experts to assess your commercial building and suggest which roofing system best suits your building.

In the roofing industry, we refer to this as TPO. TPO are membranes are a type of single-ply roof membrane created from ethylene propylene rubber. They are designed with the intention of combining the durability of rubber and the performance of hot-air weldable seams. The testing that we have done on this has proven to have excellent resistance ozone, it is algae resistant and environmentally and safe to install. TPO is also highly resistant to punctures, impacts, and tears, as well as having good flexibility. They are also available in three different colors; black, white, and light gray. Meaning you can choose a color that best suits the color scheme of your building.
Modified bitumen, or MB as we like to call it in the industry, is asphalt which has had modifiers added to it for the purpose of giving it properties similar to plastic or rubber. Some of the more common additions to it are Atactic Polypropylene and Styrene Butadiene Styrene. Modified Bitumen roofing systems consist of one to three ply systems. There are a few different methods in which this can be installed and our roof experts know each of these methods well as they have installed this option for many of our previous clients.
